As each item is made to order, we are a little bit more flexible on delivery times, and try to get everything out as soon as possible.  If you require an item for a specific date, please let us know when ordering, or before, so that we can do our best to meet your deadline.

Returns:

We accept returns up to 14 days.  As per standard trading personalised items and those made for a specific occasions cannot be returned, unless faulty.
